Beijing Construction Engineering Group Co. Ltd. (BCEG), along with BCEGZ-USA, its U.S. subsidiary, has signed a trade agreement with Waterview LLC, to finance and construct the Waterview Tower & Shangri-La Hotel, Chicago.
