The W Seoul-Walkerhill has introduced the W ‘X’ burger in its casual-dining restaurant, Kitchen, featuring Australian wagyu tenderloin and seared foie gras with Matsutake mushroom salad on a brioche bun, paired with Canadian lobster tail, black truffle and asparagus.
